Altered Steampunk High Heeled Shoe Featuring Barbie and Tim Holtz Embellishments

I've always considered altering a shoe for home decoration and again The Craft Hole (a Facebook craft/swap group) inspired me to get the ball rolling.  Here is the result (a picture of the original shoe is at the bottom).
